Great Bird Feeder, Sturdy, Easy to Use, and Attracts Birds Fast
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this bird feeder for a week now, and it’s working great. The build is solid and holds up well against wind. It's easy to refill, which is a big plus, and the design keeps the seeds dry even after rain.Birds started showing up immediately, a couple of cardinals are the most frequent visitors, but smaller birds come by all day.The transparent body makes it easy to monitor seed levels, and the perches are well-placed for multiple birds to feed at once.Highly recommended if you want something reliable and low-maintenance.

Birds love it!
This is cute and requires no assembly, and our bird-less yard is now very popular with winged creatures. The way the top latches open for filling can be a bit difficult, but it is still an excellent feeder.

Not meant for larger breed birds.
Product itself was great! Sturdy material, 1 step assembly, and attractive. Not meant for larger birds ie. the Northern Cardinal. As soon as I put it up a male Cardinal landed on it and his beak was hitting the side, he hardly had room to lean down and retrieve the food. I tried to capture a picture but my presence scared him. Much smaller than the picture online deplicts. I did look at the dimensions and thought it looked big enough. Great for smaller birds, chickadees, sparrows, tuffted tit mouse, etc.

Much stronger than it appears.
Great little bird feeder. This is easy to fill. I like that several birds can feed at the same time. Yes, there is spill, but less than my previous feeder. It is practically squirrel proof and strong. The hanger appears fragile but it is very strong.

This feeder is SMALL!
Let me start by saying this is the first time that I have ever purchased a bird feeder. Not knowing if we would get any birds using it I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on one in case there is no interest in it from the birds in our neighborhood. Having said that, this feeder is SMALL. The hopper is 7” tall from the bottom to the top edge. The hexagon base is about 8” point to point. The pictures in the ad made it look bigger. They do not provide any dimensions and now having the feeder, the birds pictured in the ad are not to the same scale as the feeder. The birds in their photos should be at least 25% bigger to be on the same scale as the feeder. The perches are only 1/2” away from the outer edge of the tray and only 1.5” away from the hopper. I’m concerned that it’s too close for birds to be able to perch and eat. One thing that is truly well done is the hinged roof and bracing for the hopper. The hinge with a tether is a very good idea but the bracing for the hopper is very well engineered and solid. I will also give props to the design of the expanding hopper. It cones collapsed for shipping purposes but the top half easily lifts up and it snaps into place very well. That is the entirety of the assembly required. My summarized opinion is it is a quality bird feeder but just small. If they made one about 50% bigger in all dimensions I would definitely buy it based on the quality of the feeder and the construction(providing the area birds showed interest of course).

Sturdy Feeder for Wild Birds
This hanging bird feeder has been a great addition to my garden. The black design blends in well, and it's easy to fill with seed while keeping squirrels at bay. Holds a decent amount and drains well in rain to avoid mold. Birds took to it right away - simple, durable, and does the job perfectly.

Attractive pricing, solid construction, light weight, good seed capacity, and the birds love it!
This bird feeder has been a delight. It's price is very reasonable and it holds a lot more food than I expected by looking at the photo. The birds flock to it and manage to get a fair number birds on the feeder at the same time.I was concerned that it was not going to provide adequate squirrel protection. I feared it would be easy pickings for the squirrels, and in fact the first day we had it, a squirrel did climb up on top of it and tried to shake the bird seed free. I didn't watch 100% of the time, but the fact that he hasn't returned leads me to believe he wasn't very successful. The feeder is made out of a light weight but strong plastic, and you fill it by pressing down on one portion of the lid and it "pops" open. Lift the lid (on a hinge), pour in your bird seed, and then push the lid down again to lock/snug it in place (similar to how many kitchen cabinets are secured in a locked/closed position). It is very simple and the opening for pouring in bird seed is nearly 100% of the top of the feeder, so you don't have to worry about lots of spillage if you show just the slightest bit of care in what you are doing. With respect to functionality, the birds LOVE this bird feeder. It didn't take them long to find it, and once we filled it the birds were/are feeding nearly all day long. I refill it roughly every other day as I don't want to over feed them. Were I to fill it every day they would eat at least half of the bird seed (or maybe all of it) in one day.If there is anything that you could consider a "con" to this bird feeder is that it is difficult for larger birds to use it. Our previous bird feeder was larger and we did see larger birds more often. I have seen one or two determined larger birds make the effort to feed from it. It can be one, but expect A LOT of smaller and medium sized birds to belly up to the trough. This bird feeder gets my highest recommendation. It is light weight, has good capacity both in the amount of food it can hold and the amount of simultaneous birds it can feed, appears to be built very solidly. We've only had it for about two weeks, but so far it has worked out great. And again, the birds love it! I think it will last a good long time, but even if it doesn't the price is so attractive that replacing it wouldn't be a big deal.
