Love them way it fits

I have finally decided to get a new flat iron after having my old one for longer than I wanna say. I loved it, it would still heat up quickly and cool down quickly. Plus it had the rounded plates to curl if I wanted to. The main thing for me is the auto shut off, I’m always in a rush. So I wanted to do my research this time and get something that I would love for years again. I had purchased a Chi flat iron which I have always heard were amazing. But I still wasn’t amazed by it. So I returned it. Then after the reviews for this one I thought this is it! To be fair it does make my damaged hair feel and look soft and healthy which is awesome! And it does work quickly, I don’t have to go over the same piece more than 2 times. However, it did snag my hair a couple times. I’m wondering if maybe I’m doing something wrong. Plus I still get static electricity and frizz’s in my hair so again I’m wondering if maybe it’s my hair products and not the flat iron. And even though I wasn’t expecting this to have a locking mechanism since I never seen it mentioned anywhere, I was kind of excited for this unexpected addition. However, it does not work! I wrote a question above for this and tried the suggestions and it still doesn’t work. It’s just frustrating to have a brand new product and not all the features work properly even if I wasn’t expecting it. So I may give it a couple more tries to see how I feel and if I’m still not in love I may return and keep looking. I do love how my hair feels and looks though!

10/10 had it over 3 years, no problem it’s very hot goes up to 450 degrees

It does straighten the hair good, but the way it’s made pulls the hair out some which can be uncomfortable when straightening and overall unhealthy for hair.

I feel like i had tried every straightener out there, but was having zero luck finding one i liked until this one! It makes my hair feel smooth and silky. I have even used it once to make beach waves in my hair and it worked so well for curling. I would definitely recommend this tool!

Do not waste your money!!! Your hair get caught in the end and rips your hair out. Big waste of money. Very disappointing. Never any problems with this brand before. I would give it negative stars if I could.
