Decent quality for the price
My lad broke the one on his bike. As he tends to be a bit heavy-handed, I didn't want to spend too much.It went on easily and adjusted fine.Recommended.

This is actually - okay
I have to be honest, I would never normally have bought this, but I needed a rear mech urgently on next-day and all the reasonably priced Shimano ones weren't available quickly, so I took a punt.Quality isn't as good as the mashed Deore mech it was replacing but that's to be expected however I've been using it daily for 3 months, 450 miles use and it's shifting accurately.It *IS* being used on a rear hub drive hybrid e-bike however so I'm not applying as heavy a drivetrain load

Strength and functionality
This item looked great, brand new in every respect; however it was weak and easily snapped against a tightly tensioned chain, which was not a good outcome.The supplier should inform the manufacturer of this and make necessary changes to this product.It’s attachment to the hanger is equally Not universal enough I.e NOT for any Shimano group set
