I’ve been anemic of 9 years and I’ve tried it all. All irons would upset my stomach since I would take it in an empty stomach but this iron is so nice and easy on the stomach. best iron supplement
My physician recommended this iron supplement to me because the type I got in the stores would not absorb and I have been struggling with iron deficient anemia off and on over the years. Since starting this supplement 5 years or so ago I have had a normal hemoglobin! No taste, easy to swallow and apparently absorbs perfectly. Would definitely recommend this product to others and do so when given the chance.
