There is a product called 'the breather / breather fit' which is almost double the price, is there any difference between this product and those?

It looks exactly the same to me, The one I bought was only £19.99 , I’ve been using it for 5 weeks now and I feel so much better with my breathing,

How do you clean this device

To clean the device, please follow these steps below: HOW TO CLEAN THE DEVICE: We suggest cleaning the device throughout the week or even daily if you prefer. 1. Add a few drops of mild dish soap to a bowl of warm water and submerge the device inside. You can leave it standing for a few minutes. 2. Swirl the device in the water and rinse well. 3. Shake off and tap the device to remove excess water. Then wipe with a towel and airdry. After drying, set both dials to 1 and inhale/exhale to break any moisture seal. 4. For deeper cleaning soak the device in a mixture of 1 part distilled white vinegar and 3 parts warm water. Leave it for 5 minutes, then rinse and dry as previously explained. NOTE: Do not wash the device in the dishwasher as the high temperature could damage the diaphragms in the device.

Is this device high or low resistance?

Hmm not a fan..sorry!! Probably more for lung strength, but not for heavy mucus breakdown that I need.I have now found an alternative, that suits me as the metal ball when blown, vibrates the lungs and helps to Loosen the mucus. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

The points on the green bits are sharp and can catch your skin, when you adjust the in breath, it makes no difference

Simple but effective

This machine is a great buy. It’s small and very easy to use. Ok the settings control are a bit stiff to start with but soon get loosened up and easy to adjust.I still have my old machine I got from hospital… the one with three balls to keep elevated… and still use it, but I keep the new one in my pocket and use it throughout the day.
