Is this the same taupe color as the 648?

Not sure if it's the same as 648, but it's the same taupe color that I've used for about the last 20 years for brows and nude lip liner, as well as a good smudger for smokey eye.

What color (how light/dark) is the Calling Your Buff when applied to light blonde eyebrows?

I bought the taupe one and it works amazing on my brows and my brows are so light blond that it doesn't look like I have any so I have to fill them in they are true to color if they look like the picture online they look like it in person

Is it hypoallergenic?

I have used Wet n Wild products for years and have never had a problem. This one is the best color and price than any other I have used.
