However, all of the Sothys products are very nice - in texture, smell and performance. However, all formulas do smell different. Do you wash your face before you apply it? I am just sceptical on how it can remove eye make up, mascara etc...

I used it to wash eye makeup. I didn't wash my face prior. It's great on eye make up, but sometimes I need another eye makeup remover if using waterproof mascara.
