I'm 6'1" and I have bought a substantial number of ties and I would say these would do well if you're 5'8". They are a good average length for ties and you can adjust the length of the knot depending on how much you let the tail hang on each side when you are tying the knot. I like these for the price and the designs are nice to add variety to your week and outfits.
