Dementions of XL cover ?

I don’t know the exact dementions. But there was almost room for 2 adults.

How strong, will stand up to the turbulence at the hitch carrier on the back of a vehicle.....car truck or RV

I would say no, it wouldn't be wide enough. I have two electric bikes covered and it fits like a glove.

Ok i only see 1 strap and i dont know how to use the one strap to secure the cover from wind ??? !!!??? we have alot of wind where i live!!!

The one strap is in the center of the cover. Each corner of the cover has elastic. If you’re using the cover for bicycles, the strap would go underneath the bicycle chains. The elastic on each corner could be tucked in against the wheels or under the wheels.
