Q: Can accessories fit on vest?

No. We bought this and another kit trying to get everything he needed to be a police officer. There's no way to wear the accessories. I ended up getting a youth canvas belt from Goodwill and a few utility belt pockets in the hunting section to make something to hold the accessories.

Q: how big is the riot shield?

Shield is 18"x12". Customer images shown with the smaller shield were sold by another third party seller selling counterfeits on this listing. The package is bigger then they say it is

Q: Will the vest fit my 15 year old?

No. It's pretty small. I would think that 10-11 would be the oldest it would fit and the child would have to be pretty small at that age to fit it.
