The head mounts really close to the wall with very little room between the ears and the wall. So if the wreath isn't thin it won't fit.

From the highest point to the bottom of the neck is Approximately 23". From the widest point left to right is approximately 17". And it sticks out about 14-15" from the wall

I measure 24" x16". The 24" is from the base of the neck to the tallest antler. The 16" is from the 2 front antlers that are the widest. I hope this helps. I absolutely love mine - it is so realistic looking.
