So far I have only used the chest mount, but I anticipate needing the others for various reasons. They fit the GoPro Hero 13 perfectly. They are easy to use and feel sturdy and secure. The chest mount has been used for ATV rides and for a hike across the Grand Canyon for 14+ hours straight. It never felt uncomfortable and there was no chaffing, although I did wear some UnderArmour heat gear to help with that.

chest harness fits well. I like the feet which allow mounting the camera vertically (ie pointing forward) on the harness, and I like the spares

Quality of the screws can be better because one of the screw has started deteriorating other than that. The product is okay for the price. No, thing more to ask for

Head strap is really nice and stays on snug and the chest strap as well, better then the overpriced GoPro branded ones and the chest strap center piece isn't as big and bulky compared to the GoPro one, I love this thing, 10/10 best bang for your buck.

Many attachment possibilities. Unfortunately, the wrist strap is not large enough. I need it for scuba diving, and it does not fit over a wet suit sleeve. I had to have a velcro strip sewn onto the existing strap to be able to use it. In truth, it barely fits over a bare arm.
