No. I use a TC G system with an Egnater Renegade 60 watt tube amp. going straight into the amp and I had HUM so I went to the four cable method , Still a problem better not much.. After reading I was advise that I could use stereo cables but would need a box to convert unbalanced to Balance. And that did to care of the unit but will not take care of the guitar. Pickup Hum from stratocasters is Normal. Use your gate to tame the hum on HD400.
