Why in the world would these have a California Prop 54 warning?

I don't see a Prop 54 warning. Proposition 54 is a California ballot proposition that passed on the November 8, 2016 ballot. It requires the recording and posting of videos of public meetings of the State Legislature. If you mean Prop 65 warning, it means there may be traces of chemicals used in the fabric manufacture such as sizings and starches. These should wash out in the first washing. Oddly, the tag says "Do not use fabric softener" not sure what that means. I've been wearing these most recently purchased shirts for some weeks now, and I always wash my clothes before the first wearing. I am not concerned about this at all.
