Push button lid: can the entire path the coffee flows through be cleaned?

The only part I have had trouble with is the removable screw on cover. I don't see a way to take that apart, but if immersed in water, you have to shake it a lot to get the water out. For the spout, try a pipe cleaner if you feel you need to. The bottom of the carafe screws off, but hold it upside down, as the liner (glass) can fall out, then you will be out of luck on that one! If you immerse the carafe in water, you will want to rinse and drain, so I normally just rinse it out with hot water.
