Q: Does this "mince" expand when rehydrated? I.e. if you rehydrated the whole packet of 125g, how much would this expand to?

I’d say that it becomes chunks, as opposed to mince, once rehydrated. In any case, I recently discovered this brand, and it’s now one my favourite. It’s very delicious!
