Fits great and hold tight. No floppiness as found with vent style mounts. Blocks the Four-way button but it is still accessible.

Had to take the black pads out so it would hold w/case on. Fits and works prefect

Overall good but it does fall off if you bump it and it can get in the way of the pop up screen. But way better than most.

This is not big enough to hold my phone with case (pixel 4a5g) which is smaller than most phones.When used as shown, I shut the car off and my MMI screen closed directly on the phone. This device does not provide enough clearance for your MMI to open and close.

Hangs in place, doesn’t snap in, cheaply made, wouldn’t buy again

In general I have liked CD slot phone holders and hate vent mount holders. On my C7.5 Audi S6 though the phone hung down too low in a CD slot holder and got in the way of the transmission lever. I was shocked to find this product (by accident, actually) and it fits the trim under the upper vent perfectly. Very sturdy. The only thing slightly blocked by my phone is my driver's side heated seat button, but I can operate that one by feel and don't need to "see" it. When I ordered this holder, I ordered 2 others similar -- tried all 3 and this one was the keeper. Because it fits so snugly, if it has to be removed for any reason I'd do it very carefully to avoid scratching the trim, but honestly I only planned to install this once and forever.

The product worked good. The quality is what I wasn't satisfied with. The screw in the back comes loose so you have to consistently tighten it to keep your phone upright. Eventually it striped out the plastic. I reordered one and now it's made of metal so it should last forever now!
