| Product Care Instructions | Do not overheat the Hybrid Tawa when there is no food in it. Prolonged dry heating causes heat tints. Wash with mild soapy water and soft sponge. Do not use steel wool to clean the Hybrid Tawa. After use, do not put the heated pan in cold tap water. Wait for it to cool down before pouring water in it. After wash, dry the Hybrid Tawa completely before storing. White cloudy stains are a result of mineral deposits in the tap water and do not hamper the functioning of the Hybrid Tawa |

Best pan
Bought this to US after friend suggestion, normally I had to get dosa pan every 2 years from India, very frustrating, but this dosa pan is high quality, its similar to Hex clad but low price, cooks evenly, dosa doesn’t stick to pan, cleans easily. After this pan I bought 2 more items from Stahl, hopefully amazon gets round flat chapathi pan soon on site which available on stahl website

Must to have in kitchen
Awesome product with amazing quality. The food doesn't stick to the bottom. Uniformly heated, dosa comes out like restaurant. Very easy to clean and use. Using past 6 months regularly, beautiful product. Little pricy but every good things comes with a price. One can go for it

Worst Tawa
It's not non-stic. My chillas stuck on the tawa. No value for money. Very exoensive for the poor quality

It's a little difficult to make dosa without oil in it
I bought this after reading all the hype about Hexaclad. They are very expensive and Stahl is affordable. My opinion is as under:1. You need to season this Tava to make it non stick. Look for a hexaclad owner video on how to do it in YouTube.2. This is convex shaped. The oil you drizzle goes to the side and doesn't touch the dosa at all. A very bad design. The oil on the side discolors the Tava and it looks really bad after a few use. It's very tough to get it back to the original color.Wish they set this right and make a concave dosa Tava.3. Heat distribution is good.4.Build quality is good.
