What I needed
Could not find this in local stores so had to turn to Amazon. Just as expected. Makes good matzo balls, although I do not use recipe on package -- I use an old family recipe that is lighter and fluffier.

Expectations fulfilled.
I was concerned about how much matzoh it would hold. The answer is 2 boxes of whole wheat. Very pleased with canister.

EXCELLENT QUALITY!
Matzoh meal does not exist here, and therefore it is so convenient to be able to order this online. Matzoh ball and Chicken soup, who can resist this delicacy? It arrived in perfect condition and the product is FRESH.

We used the Matzo Mel for making Matzo ball soup. It was a favorite at the Passover meal we served at church.
