Do these really ‘squeeze’? I bought some that were almost impossible to squeeze.

Yes, should squeeze well. LDPE plastic is soft and squeezable (but only semi-transparent, cloudy). PET plastic is harder and not as squeezable (but very transparent, clear).

Can these be used for hair oil?

Yes. I use them for the hair oils I have made

What are the measurements of the cap on this bottle please?

The bottles fall apart. I threw them out.
