Love these pillows. They came in a cylindrical packaging with a zipper around one end that was only about 7 inches in diameter by maybe 24 inches or less in length. So seeing the packaging, my first thought was "Oh my, these things must be really compressed. And how much can they possibly expand?" Removed each from the packaging and unrolled onto table. They began expanding. Put pillow cases on them and threw them on the bed. They continued to "magically" grow and fill the pillow case. Went to bed that night and was pretty pleased with the comfort and support they provided for my first night sleeping on them.Surprisingly, the next 2 or 3 nights in a row I think they continued swelling. Each night they seemed bigger and fluffier than the previous night seemingly confirmed as each night the pillow case seemed tighter around the pillow. I began thinking if they don't stop I'm going to need new pillow cases. But alas, they did finally stabilize and for the past couple months I've slept better than ever. No more waking with a stiff neck nor any headaches which had been a recurring issue for me. They're very soft yet I've had no problem adjusting to a firmness that makes me happy and it holds the whole night through. Zippered outer shell can be removed and washed as well as the inner pillow itself.I couldn't be happier with my new pillows.

Way too big and hard. It Never reduces or flattens even a little bit. Shoulders on the bed and head on the pillow. This causes my chin to tuck on my chest. Horribly uncomfortable. I'm awfully disapointed, going to throw the pillow out. Have tried to give it away but, no one wants it.

This is a great product! I was buying some extra pillows to accommodate some house guests, the ones I currently have are thick and hold their shape very well. These on the other hand are on the slim side. Just not what I was expecting and I didn’t see any mention on the product description when ordering, so I gave it a 4 out 5.

This is a comfortable pillow for side and back sleepers. It is quite dense and fluffs up in about 20 minutes in the clothes dryer if you feel like it might not be soft enough when you get ready to go to sleep. I have been using it 3 weeks now and have only desired to fluff it up 3 times- when it arrived to the house and again when I washed the bed linens. It arrived flat and quite frankly, knotted up pieces of foam. I did not put it outside in the sun - only into the dryer. My pillows smelled fresh almost like essential oils upon arrival and best part of it all is that I sleep without overheating and my head is not sinking. This is an excellent find at a great price.

Got this to try out and to find a replacement for that TV guy's "my (other) pillow", came very well packaged and once removed from its shrink packaging and with 20 minutes in the dryer at low heat, the pillow fluffed up perfectly and was able to sleep on it the same night. Little bit of a new memory foam smell, but less than other foam pillows I've had in the past. Bamboo cover is soft and keeps cool well. I am a side sleeper and this medium-firm foam was great for giving support to my neck and cushion for my head.

I prefer bamboo memory foam pillows and have tried quite a few. This one is the worst one I tried, and I've been trying to like it for weeks now. It's not very soft, even after putting it in the dryer to fluff it up more than once. It's much more firm and uncomfortable without that "sinking in" feeling that memory foam has. I wake up with soreness using this pillow. I really wanted to return it, but since it was in a case that was vacuum sealed (and it was very difficult to remove the pillow from that case), that's impossible. So I'll have to throw it away and lose money instead. Such a disappointment, please look elsewhere. I wish I could get a refund.

I have Bamboo pillows at an office apartment I have in another state and they are so comfortable and wonderful, but these go flat really quickly and are hard to "reshape". Disappointed. I wish I had noticed that these weren't the "miracle" ones, and I will order the true ones from the website next time.

I recently bought a new mattress which came with two free pillows. I got two kinds, one of them was the same bamboo pillow. I loved it so much I had to get another one and ditch the other free pillow (it was latex memory foam - totally fine, but not as great and supportive). I ordered this pillow and was disappointed when it arrived. It wasn't as supportive as the one the mattress store gave me, so I went back to the mattress store about bought another bamboo pillow for twice as much and figured I would just keep the one I got on Amazon as a guest pillow.I thought 24 hours would be enough time for the Amazon pillow to take full form, but it really took 72 hours before it was as firm as the ones I bought from the mattress store. I should have just given it more time (and I would have saved more money) but whatever! Now I have three amazing bamboo pillows all of which I love.So learn from me, give the pillow some time to get it's firmness back. The pillow comes stuffed into a small plastic pillow container. 10/10 would buy again.
