We have two of these. The first works very well and looks great (after 4 years) Even my plumber was impressed by the quality of what he considered and "off-brand". The second came missing a trim piece, but the seller was super quick to reply and send the missing part in a timely fashion. Very refreshing with the overall lack of customer service I see now from most sellers.Highly recommended.

This was actually the third shower system we bought, after returning two others that were much more expensive and didn't meet our expectations. I have to admit, we were a bit hesitant when we ordered this system, but it has exceeded our expectations in every way.First of all, the gotonovo Rain Shower System is absolutely stunning. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern in our bathroom, and it adds a touch of luxury to our daily routine. But more importantly, the water flow is amazing. It feels like we're showering in a high-end hotel or spa. The rainfall showerhead is especially wonderful, and it really makes us feel like we're on vacation.Installation was also surprisingly easy, although we did hire a plumber to do the work for us. Our plumber had no trouble installing the shower system, and it was up and running in no time. I'm not sure how easy it would be to install on your own, but I would definitely recommend getting a professional to help you out.Overall, I can't recommend the gotonovo Rain Shower System Matte Black enough. It's beautiful, functional, and adds a touch of luxury to our daily routine. If you're in the market for a new shower system, this one is definitely worth considering.

We bought this sleek black rainfall shower head during our bathroom remodel, and it’s been perfect. Great shower head but buy a rain shower head extender … also the diverter knob looks like there should be a 3rd shower wand. Just a bit funky. But works great

The media could not be loaded. bought 2 for different bathrooms, look nice but they should call out that the specs are not quite US standard . the valve units leaked when we used the plumbers tape supplied . we followed the guidance of 3-4 times around and it leaked. we faced time with a plumber and he told us you need higher quality plumbers tape and the threads were not correct. we had to wrap around 7-8 times to make it not leak. on the 2 nd bathroom we remodel we had a plumber install , he worked around the issue. but when the drywall and new tile walls were completed we noticed a gold color color on the unit not black. we now have a shower unit that isn’t all black and we would need to tear out the wall to replace.
