Yummy
Yummy when mixed in recipes but not so good if you eat on its own. I love medjool dates but this syrup it does not remind me of the fruit at all. it has a molasses consistency.

A bit pricey but well worth it for the quality and flavour
This is a fantastic natural syrup to substitute for other more refined sweet syrups. I use it on porridge, in coffee and on ice cream and desserts. Try it with a grilled banana for a lovely dessert. I tend to find other syrups (honey and maple) give me the sugar high and the crash more than this does. Its lovely and caramel in flavour too.

Tastes wonderful on your finger. Put it on porridge and no matter how dark brown you make it - you CANNOT taste it!!!!! Dark brown porridge - you joking?????
