Don't usually write reviews unless I'm super disappointed or super satisfied and in this instance is the latter. Ordered yesterday for delivery before 1pm and it arrived at 9am. I've been partially deaf for two weeks. Went to see a pharmacy assistant where they offer the microsuction earwax removal and she said come back in 2 weeks as the wax was too close to the eardrum and I had to soften it first plus it would cost me £25 per ear and £5 consultation (already paid) The thought of another 2 weeks was unbearable so Ordered this and so glad I did!Took about half hour to clear both ears, changing the nozzles and positioning but it worked!! I leaned over the sink as it was easier than the ear bath. So easy, cheap and effective. Saved myself time, money and the feeling of being uncomfortably blocked.Only wish I had discovered this sooner.Brilliant, I so relieved and happy .Advice, Luke warm water, don't bother with the ear bath and persevere, just as you think it's not going to work , it does . I had softened the wax with olive oil for 3 days, 3 times per day prior . Will use it to clean my ears in the future instead of cotton buds which caused my problem in the first place.

Brilliant, took about 20mins, then once it had all softened up. it all came out and I could hear again after 3 weeks of using drops and things you shouldn't use. Simple job, just lean over the sink, its much easier.

Good item ..Saved me 60 quid to have ears done at specsavers. Difficult for one person to do though .

Why did you choose this product over others?:This had many good reviews so I took a punt with it. I’d lost hearing in one ear from wax. Been using one of the bulb type devices to try and clean it out with minimal success. First go with this and everything was cleared out and hearing restored. Fantastic! I very selectively write reviews.

I have suffered with a build up of earwax before and after having no success with ear drops I forked out £70 on having them syringed. Although this did clear them, they managed to perforate my ear drum and gave me an ear infection. A week ago my ears again blocked up and caused me complete deafness. I tried to use ear drops with no change. I really didn’t want to fork out all that money again to be left in agony, so I looked and came across this! Wow just wow! I used warm water and within a minute of using great big lumps of wax flowed out and my hearing is 100% restored! Easy to use and so quick! It probably helped if already softened the wax over a few days but it’s a miracle!

Suffered with a blocked ear for 2 weeks, this totally sorted me out after using only once, would highly recommend easy to used, painless and effective.Recommended to family and also sorted blocked ear, brilliant wee tool.

I bought this item because I had a blocked and itchy ear for months. I had my ear cleaned at Specsavers' audiology service, and they charged me around £60. However, I developed excessive wax in my ear again after a few months, even though I regularly spray Earol in my ear. I can tell you that this product is similar to what I got at Specsavers but much cheaper. You can go ahead and buy it if you have excessive wax buildup like me. The only thing I would suggest is to mentally prepare yourself before spraying, as the eardrum is quite sensitive, and you may feel some sensation.

The set up instructions could be clearer, otherwise good product.
