Is this product gluten and dairy free? Thank you!

Hi- the product is gluten free. Dairy free? I am going to clarify. It does have beef geletin for the capsules. So it wouldn't be considered dairy free. My daughter is vegan and she takes the Multi EFA that is completely vegan. I hope that helps
