PHILIPS SHS3200BK/37 Flexible Earhook Headphones, Black

I've never understood why so many people like the popular earbuds that so easily fall out of your ears. For this reason I've always looked for headphones that have an earhook design. I've purchased two from MUCRO in the past, but have never been happy with the sound. These headphones from Philips are far superior to Mucro's. Very comfortable in the ear, and Excellent sound quality- especially bass tones. Very affordable. I'll never go back to any other brand..Thanks Philips!

Good sound listening to music while out on walks. Holds on, does not fall out of your ears even when jogging. I have used these before but wore them out. This one has the "on/off switch" which will stop the music/reading you are listening to when off and continue when you turn it back on. This will also work with phone calls. Good for music and/or calls when you are working or doing yardwork outside.

Does the job for use at the gym, sound quality ok but not great, I perfer this style rather than the round buds which pop out of my ears.

En general el auricular es decente, pero al cabo de unos meses (3-5), es casi inevitable que se dañen, especialmente en la parte de la base por donde salen los cables, aparte de que son muy finos y delicados internamente los cables, quizás por esa única razón tienden a romperse por dentro tan rápido. Si pudieran reforzar esa parte por dónde duelen romperse, o que le incluyeran unos protectores en las bases para reforzar y evitar que se rompan tan prematuramente, de seguro aumentarían su valoración.

Haven’t had a chance to use them, but will this today for worship practice and will update, BUT, I have tiny ears, and ear buds always hurt or never stay on. These seem to have the most amazing staying power and that makes me sooo excited! Can’t wait to see if they function for what I need!

I've owned a few pairs of these, so I figured it makes sense that I write a review.The good:I find them to be very comfortable (fine-print: I don't wear glasses)Good sound quality for the moneyGood ear canal "breathability" (they don't "plug" the ears, as some of the silicon gasket ones do).The bad:I've owned 3 or 4 of these because I've had to replace them about 1-2x per year, and always for the same reason: the rubber "gasket" in between the silver speak outlet and the body of the headphones tends to come off after awhile. Yes, this has happened on EVERY SINGLE pair I've had.However, they are, by far, the most comfortable headphones I've owned (compared with others under $20). In all fairness, to each his own. I prefer comfort (including not having my ear canals "clogged/blocked" by the headphones. In my opinion, these headphones allow for great "breathability" in the ear canal. And the earhooks themselves aren't super stiff - in fact, I find them to have a near-perfect amount of flex - so they should conform to most ears/head for a comfortable fit (they don't press against the head or ears, but aren't so loose to fall out often).The sound quality isn't "top notch", but still good enough to use for most practical purposes. However, on that note, if you have music on loud, it is easier for people near you to hear the music (again, for $10, they're not going to be perfect).These are much more comfortable than any other earhook headphone I've tried (again, in the <$20 range), and that counts for me, even if I have to sacrifice some sound quality and longevity. To each his own.Update: got another pair a few months ago, this time the gasket did not come off, but they just suddenly stopped working today. Might not buy anymore.Update: my newest pair just had the gasket come off again. Still a good product when it's working properly, but considering that every single pair I've owned has had a problem, I can't justify a favorable review, especially considering the price tag (they used to be much cheaper. Now they are $35. WTH?!?!?!). Contacted the seller and they would not provide any sort of compensation. All things considered, I cannot justify a favorable review.
