Excellent in coffee. A little stir with my wire whisk and it all dissolves. I am 49 and living in the desert is tough on my skin and nails. It makes a noticeable difference with nail hardness and resistance to breaking. It also seems to help my skin but given I use various creams and ointments on my skin to keep it from drying out the change is confounded with a number of variables.It helps me get more protein in my diet for muscle retention and building.At this point I like it for the flavor in my morning coffee. And I prefer its flavor over ALL the other vanilla collagens I’ve tried.

I love this! Great product, quality and size. I blend it in my coffee and my smoothies for protein. I'm not sure if it helps with skin, pain relief and hair growth, but I know that when I haven't used it in a couple weeks, that my joints feel stiffer- the collagen? maybe so. It mixes well, but only if I put it in after the liquid. I recommend it

Every once and a while I like to switch up my collagen from my go to (Vital) and try something different. I have been a bulletproof follower for 7-8 years now but have never tried their collagen until now. A little pricey per scoop given the scoop size compared to the other; but, the addition of the MCT oil was attractive given that I mix 2 scoops with my 1 cup of coffee. While this is called unflavored, you can expect a bit of a creamy, almost milk like but subtle taste because of the MCT perhaps vs. the collagen peptides. I've made bulletproof coffee with straight MCT or butter for years so the addition of this product was reminiscent of those years I made similar coffee back in the day. If you're not familiar with bulletproof coffee and this is a product you add to your hot beverage, it might have an effect on your opinion.Compared to the other collagen peptide powders I have used, it does not mix quite as easily & again I am thinking this is more related to the MCT as opposed to the collagen; but, an assertive stir for a minute and it all disappeared so no lumpy-bumpy coffee.I'm not sure I will stick with it beyond this first container- if I notice any additional physical benefits, that would change my mind- but from a purely taste experience, I prefer VItal as my go to collagen.

Cheap, flavorless, effective.

I've been using Bulletproof Collagen Peptides for years. I put it in a smoothie in the morning and it truly is the only protein that does not hurt my stomach. The flavors is the best chocolate on the market. Highly recommend. I do the monthly subscription so I never run out.

Excellent collagen-used it for several years -I have thicker and fuller hair (even at 85) plus strong bones and nails.
