Ortega Tortillas, Cauliflower & Flour, 8 Inch, 8 Tortillas

Some shells have a "sourness" to them. These don't!!!Just the opposite, they have a sweetness which is awesome and they DON'T taste like cauliflower.

yThese are so good and don’t taste like cauliflower at all, yummy wrap without the carb guilt! Wish I would known about these along time ago, they are quite thin but not too thin that brakes while wrapping.

We were worried about the cauliflower taste coming through, but it was very mild. If I didn’t know it was in there I don’t think I could taste it. They arrived fresh. And they were plenty large enough for our soft tacos.

These cauliflower tortilla shells are very good tasting! They are thinner than the flour, but that's a good thing in my opinion. They don't taste like cauliflower, just better than flour. Lighter and not chalky like some of the thicker tortillas do. For a bit of a healthier quesidilla, I sprayed, Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray" on one side of the tortilla, laid it down in the pan, sprinkled generously with Kraft fat free cheddar cheese, a few pickled jalapeños and topped it with the other tortilla, sprayed on the outside side. Cooked on medium heat, until lightly browned. You must be careful and keep a close watch, because they tend to cook faster than the flour ones. I cut in triangles and dip in Pace Restaurant Style salsa. It's thinner than the regular salsas, but I like it better. This way will cut the fat and calories, if you choose to.

Flavor and texture are alright, but they fall apart easily so be careful while handling them. These could definitely be cheaper.

I like it because for the value is one thing second of all, it’s got the cauliflower and not as much carbs in it so I can have it on my low carb diet. I only have 11 more pounds and I’ll be.

Contains wheat , and glutamate it's worst than normal tortillas pure pousen ingredients do not buy it just buy normal tortillas that's better

Cauliflower and Flour tortillas? Interesting combination that is delicious. So glad I took a chance on these fresh tortillas.
