For proper HAIR, skin and nails + other key parts and functions of our bodies, I personally have been taking a great many supplements through the years since 1987. In that mix, is this product EFA Complete / Omega 3-6-9. It's just vital in my book!I personally feel it's good for both men and women I think, but men will appreciate it too😉I've extensively read in multiple areas that you need a good dosage of EFA's that often goes missing in a balanced nutritional regimen. This one delivers with good dosage and no funny aftertaste 👍Again, it's just vital!Especially as we age and our bodies no longer get it from our low quality foods, poor diet, too much stress too, etc.This one company, in the U.S. +👍 has been in the business of hair care for 20 or so + years according to my research and has a varied line of products specifically tailored that go well in-depth to truly resolving hair related issues albeit thinning, shedding, dry brittle/ lifeless hair and various other pattern balding to an extent. As long as you are consistent and stay the course. 👍Before coming across this company and its many products of which this one product in particular caught my attention... I was buying, individually, across the board, a host of supplements specifically for hair thinning, shedding due to a lot of the above mentioned aging, poor diet and lack of quality ingredients in our foods today plus my work related extensive and stressful travels. Till I came across this one company and this product EFAs Complete / Omega 3-6-9s especially + it's others which has key ingredients that I was buying separately not just for hair related issues 👍.It's easy to take with a meal and no after taste like some I've tried out there in the past with very low dosages and lots of unnecessary fillers.I personally break mine up into three times a day so every eight hours I am supplementing my body.So at breakfast, lunch, then dinner in my case. When halfway through my meals I take one (1) gel capsule with water then continue to finish my meals and never forget or miss a dose ever👍.I normally eat small meals five (5) times a day but if you do less they do suggest one (1) in the morning and two (2) at night.But from past experiences with Omega 3-6-9s I highly recommend 😇you always take them with solid foods and in the middle of said like a sandwich and/or proper dinner.Quick note here though;I take no prescription drugs of any kind, for anything, at all, at present time. Don't smoke, abuse drugs or alcohol 🤔 Outside of the high mileage on my body😁 everything works properly in my 60 male years of age even though I am not a gym rat just the basics and stay slim not overweight ever and still have hair on my own head of hair😁But, that's me, always check with your doctor prior to starting any supplement regimen if you do take regularly prescribed meds just to be safe👍

I was nervous about taking omegas as everyone I had tried were horrible tasting and constantly left that taste in my mouth or gave me a little upset stomach. I bought this to pair with my DHT blocker after having to update my HRT regime to some thing a little more aggressive as my symptoms were getting so bad. I can honestly say I’m so happy with this product. Zero bad taste. Easy to swallow and ingest and I’m confident that the quality is superb and that I am not only going to get my beneficial oils but also it is going to aid in my hair growth after I have experienced significant hair thinning and loss due to hormonal imbalances. This is a quality product and the price is unbeatable. Very much worth the money anyway. I will be a lifetime customer.

My hair started thinning after my third child and nearing age 40. It became thin around temples and neck. Also very brittle just snapping off when id touch it. Ive had my thyroid tested and that is not an issue so after researching i realize I probably need a DHT blocker. I first was looking into nutrafol cause I had seen there commercials on tv. But they make it hard to order products. First you have to set up an account then you can only purchase products as duo sets cant get individual products with out calling and having someone place a special order, too much of a hassle. So i started scouring amazon for dht blockers with same ingredients and came across this company. I am very pleased so far with their ingredients and that they also offer an EFA oil supplement which I think will help with my hair brittleness and breakage. I am also very pleased with the customer service. When I got my bottles in the mail each one had a scan code promo for a free bottle. I purchased a bottle of foilgrowth, dht blocker and EFA. Then they sent me a free bottle of each after scanning the promo on the bottles i purchased. I just started taking it yesterday so I cant say how it works but customer service has been great so far and looking forward to growing bak some hair!

So I have been suffering massive hair loss in the shower for years. It caused my hair to be excessively thin. I have had long curly hair until I was about 24-25 years old.
