i see the capsules are 500mg, but what is the strength of elemental magnesium per capsule, as this is what counts towards the RDA ?

The Magnesium L-Threonate that I take is 2000 mg containing elemental magnesium of 144mg per serving, estimated as 34.29% of the daily value. A serving is 4 capsules. Therefore each capsule contains presumably 36mg of elemental magesium.
