Whole Wheat Flour is milled 100% whole, which means we do not separate the components of the wheat kernel. Finely milled 100% whole and contains all the nutrition of an intact kernel of wheat.

Q: Is the flour bleached?

No. Just made a pretty heavy sourdough with it. Sooo good!

Q: allergen - does this whole wheat come in contact with tree-nuts during either the manufacturing or packaging of this product? any cross-contamination
