I add this to my Amino Energy pre-workout. It definitely helps me get the fat burning faster than if I didn’t take it. Was recommended by my personal trainer. I’m a fan and would highly recommend.

I take it with the preworkout and oh boy i sweat more than average i feel like its working been using it like around 2 weeks now works wonders but sad part is the cost.

I got this item twice to try to get a good one in the 2nd purchase with no success.The 1st one had rocks of dried powder.The 2nd one has the seal obviously opened since you can see the powder.And when I tried to return the item Amazon didn't let me TWICE.

This one is good but prefer the Raspberry Lemonade one the best for flavor.

I used this in conjuction with Lipicide, best for fat burning first thing in the morning.

Prepare to sweat your ass off.I use before soccer, and it's crazy how much I sweat every match

Never have I got the powder hard. It's like it's frozen? I had to try to break it up. Now it's like rocks nor to happy but idk. I'll see if I can still use it.
