great supplement have used for years

I have used about ten different hair and nails supplements over the past 5 years. This one has produced the most noticeable results in my hair, specifically.With any supplements, my Wolverine fingernails grow like crazy weeds and I am constantly chopping them down. There was no difference with these in regards to nail growth.My thin, fine, dry hair doesn't usually respond much to supplements. With one or two supplements my rate of hair shedding would decrease from time to time, but nothing really noticeable transpired. With this supplement, I can SEE the new growth on my head more than anything else. I have baby bird hair all the front of my hairline, etc. I've used these for about 3 months now, two a day, and I have about 2.5 inches of baby bird hair coming out of my scalp, mixed into my older longer hair.Also, my face is a lot fuzzier, lol.The quality of my hair is hard to judge, since I have a digestive illness and my hair grows out pretty dry and fragile the moment it leaves my scalp. So I'll have to wait about a year to discern if this supplement had any positive effect on the quality of the new hairs.These have not upset my stomach in any way.

Update...So I thought they had spots on them from processing turns out many of the capsules are broken and leaking in the bottle. See pic... I went to ask for a return or to replace and got a message that they are not returnable. I will fight this charge with Amazon. Don’t buy from this seller!I have taken these for months. My eyelashes are so long they almost need to be cut. I have not noticed a big difference in my hair. The reason for 1 star is that this last bottle came with the pills discolored. They seem to have stained brown liquid from possibly happened during processing. I have never gotten them like this before.I would NOT buy again but not from this seller!

Great product

So far so good. I've only been taking these for about a month and not exactly daily because I forget some days. I will update later on if neccessary.-I have very thick, wavy/curly, dry hair. I recently got a cut and it is a lot shorter than I'd like so I'm eager for it to grow! I have a thyroid disorder and my hair not only doesn't grow as fast anymore, I shed A LOT. I also have been blow drying and flat ironing every few days because my hair is now too short to wear curly. Now that that's out of the way...These vitamins work better than any other of this kind that I have tried. I also used to take a biotin supplement daily and saw no results. So far with this product, I am shedding a lot less...like a normal person! When I say I used to shed a lot, I mean people (including my hairdresser) couldn't believe I still have hair on my head. My hair has broken at least 2 vacuum cleaners. I recommend
