I have ordered a number of bottles and am very satisfied with Swanson Health, they always ship really fast and it gets delivered to me before the tracking date says it should every time. even with free shipping. The one question I had about the product they answered my question very quickly. As far as if I recommend the product, I think do your research, every one of us are different and have different hormone levels and different desires of results. For me, I'm a MtF TG, opting for a more natural holistic approach to HRT. I've combined this product with 2 others and have been extremely happy with the results thus far (I just started my 4th bottle, I take 3 caps 2x a day in addition to SP-7C 6x daily and Pueraria Mirifica 4x daily). Within my first week, my skin was noticeable softer, with in 2 weeks my body hair was thining, my nails stronger and longer, and hair on head healthier. At 6 weeks now, i'm starting to see some weight redistribution from my waist to my hips and upper thighs, my boobs have grown slightly from a small A to a full A / small B (I also use a vacuum pump exerciser a few times a week for an hour or so each time), they are very firm. I was a bit more emotional when I first started, but it seems to have averaged out or maybe life is playing nice with me right now, but I'm not having excessive emotional breakdowns. I was expecting to put on some weight from this and I did slightly, 7 lbs, but I don't have the worlds best diet and it's motivation to exercise and stretch to get really toned. I am seeing very slight appearance changes in my facial structure, but expect more changes in all areas the longer I go on this journey. My plan is 6 months, then do another assessment and probably continue for 18 months to 24 months total, before I drop down to a standard maintenance dosage. It is important to monitor your body temp 98.3 or higher to metabolize and your liver process them, also if you don't take something to balance your hormones first, it will be fighting an uphill battle against the testosterone, so make sure you do that first with an hormone OTC like estaven or something similar.

My body is extremely sensitive and will not tolerate even tiny amount of bioidentical hormones.Herbs help a bit but not enough, so I take 2-2 alongside of Chinese herbs, to keep my sanity. Ok so I waited for a month and a half of use and a reorder before I reviewed this product... I love love love it. After about 4 days I had Severe soreness in my breasts... in 7 days I felt like I had swollen breasts. In a week and a half I noticed a slight addition in fullness.. and after a month and a half I am DEFINITELY bigger. Still the same cup size but I finally fill it out!! My bf just asked if I was wearing a pushup bra eventhough I'm just wearing my basic $7 cotton tshirt bra with no padding!! Just for comparison..I'm a cyst gender (born female) woman, who's always been athletic and gifted on the lower body but completely flat on top. I am wide and flat... am 28 years old, 5'6", 170lbs a 36 B but barely.... I initially was taking 1 capsule a day for 3 weeks.. then started taking 2 a day when I stared to see results with no dangerous side effects. I have been calmer, less moody, more patient, skin is softer, nails grow faster, BUT I have had a few periods.... So my IUD usually prevents me from having periods, just random spotting.. with this product I've had a few days of spotting a few times a month.. basically this product makes you go through a second puberty.. so whatever your experience was there.. it's similar. I have the smaller version of that... but better! I'm actually getting more fat on my hips and butt, along with boobs. I also received this product A WEEK earlier than expected. So I tested it by reordering.. and it too was a week early. Great product. Solid company. I also read not smoking, not eating processed sugars and to eat more lean protein than usual will assist in breast growth. That's what I've tried to adhere to. Good luck!

Been using this for product for about 6 months or so. It was working for awhile until, I started having this uncomfortable feeling in my chest. I learned that I was having palpitations. I was trying to figure out what was going on with my chest having this repetitive, what felt like my heart racing. I was going over everything I take with supplements. I asked my doctor about why I was having these spams in my chest. After weeks of trying to figure it out. My doctor called me into his office to discuss what he researched. In a nut shell, he informed me that the increase to some thing in my thyroid was causing these palpitations. He suggested I stop taking the ovarian granduals. So I did as he suggested. Within 24 hours of stopping, I hadn’t felt any spams occurring. I’m just informing anyone that wants to use any glandular products. Do your research. Something that went through is definitely a high concern when it comes to what I’ve went through in my chest. That’s all.
