Smart item
Good quality, sturdy, mouthpiece is nice to drink out of, sleek looking and easy to fit in the pocket of a rucksack. Keeps water cold. Not cheap but functional and good quality.

Great value for money. And looks far more expensive.
Lovely little water bottle. Some reviews saying the lid gets stuck on. I believe they have lost the rubber washer that is in the lid. Mine fell out on open. I’ve opened and closed it without any issues.Great value for money. Perfect to fit in you pocket. And looks great.

SOlid bottle and lid construction, but the connector is plastic.
This would be a 5 star for sure if the hinge connecting the lid to the bottle was also metal. Its made out of plastic and I honestly don't think it will last as long as the rest of the bottle. Otherwise, this is great. Finish is superb and the wider spout is much more useable for filling. Just wish it was all metal and it would certainly last forever.

Tricky cap but otherwise brilliant
There's a knack to getting the cap open. It took 3 of us 15 minutes with the first one and it leaked all over the place when opening it. Great size, enough to get you very merry

Design flaw
The flask looks and feels like a solid product. However, it has one major design flaw that renders it useless, unless you carry a pry bar with you.The cap has a plastic inlay, that screwa onto the metal "flask neck". The screw thread is not precise enough. As a result the cap screws down with some back and forth. When you try opening it, it gets stuck due to the cap being held by the plastic arm that holds the cap at a certain angle. So when you try to unscrew the flask, the plastick gets stuck on the metal screw thread. Regardless of the force applied, it does not open. The only way to open it is to lift one side of the cap to make it go straight up.Also, due to the desig, the grip on the cap is very unhandy. It only has a small bezel like a divers watch that you can hold on to.Don't buy. Go with the classic all metal option.

Perfect size, great finish, can’t fault it!
I’ve had this flask for the best part of six months now and can’t fault it. Before purchasing I read reviews here and was a bit concerned about people commenting on the plastic clip for the lid being a bit flimsy. This has been skiing with me and absorbed plenty of falls, has been camping and tossed around in my bag while hiking and has stood up to all of this so I’m not too concerned. I’ve attached a couple of pictures to show the plastic bit which people seem to worry about. If the plastic ever were to break the flask will still function fine, the lid/cap will just be separate.I would definitely recommend spending a bit more on this over a more basic, cheap hip flask like I nearly bought and had previously.
