Thought I'd take advantage of sheltering-in-place and get this hotsuit for when I exercise on my stationary bike. I am very pleased so far. I am 5'8", 245 lbs, with a husky build and so I decided to get the 3XL size. Very glad I did because I have room to take it on/off without tearing. Word of advice...order the next size you would normally wear. Tip #2...wear clothing underneath as it helps to absorb the buckets of sweat and keeps the suit from clinging to you which increases the chance of tearing. Tip #3...after working out and drenched, take the suit off in your bathroom so the sweat will drip on the tile floor (easy to clean). Tip #4...I hang my suit inside out on 2 plastic hangers to air dry. Happy sweating!

I bought a medium gray suit. I’m 5 foot 3, weigh 164 and I’m a female. I just received my order today, so I decided to try it out. I currently use the hot sweat waist trimmer, but I felt this would target more of my problem areas. I was hesitant when I put it on because the shirt goes to my mid thighs, but I pulled it up and it was fine. I was also hesitant because I blew up like a balloon once I had it on, I felt like the Michelin man 🙃 but after about 3 minutes of cardio it stuck to my skin and was easier to deal with. It definitely made me sweat (picture of the shirt, my arm and my leg) and after my short 15 minute cardio workout I was on fire, but i didn’t feel like I was sweating anywhere other than my face. I took it off and I watched sweat run off of me. (I work out in my air conditioned house)The only thing I don’t like so far is the smell. I tried washing it with cold water and soap (as directed in the questions) and it still smells odd. Not chemically, just...odd.I’ll update after a couple more uses as to how it holds up and if it helps me lose weight.

This sauna suit will definitely make you sweat! After doing cardio for 20 minutes straight in a cool temperature gym I was soaked! After the first time I decided to only use the shirt part because my torso is the part that I want to lose weight and not so much the legs which are well defined. It does exactly what it is supposed to!

First, I want to thank Amazon. Apparently there are some perks that come from being with Amazon pretty much since day 1. Even though Amazon acknowledged this is a third party company, Amazon granted me a full refund. I had written to say the top was ripped in three places (each at least 2 inches long). Amazon extended extra grace by saying I didn't need to return the suit; a few pictures were all that was needed to show it would not be worth the expense or hassle of the return. As for the company/product I thought maybe my experience was just a fluke, so I was considering simply ordering another suit with the refund. I duct-taped the top, pulled it on, along with the pants, and headed out for a run. Before I had even hit the end of the block, the pants were literally shredding around the waist. It could not have been because it was too tight; I specifically ordered a size bigger than I thought I would need, and frankly, it looked more like a clown suit than work-out gear. All that to say, less than 50 meters from the box the suit arrived in, both the top and the pants shredded...just because I put them on and took a few strides in them.

When the suit first arrived I thought, 'I could buy my own track suit.' Then, I saw that the lining was insulated. It is more attractive than the old school foil looking suits. I wore my workout clothes underneath the suit. I was walking on the treadmill for about an hour and my workout clothes were drenched. I would suggest buying at least two sizes up. First, the tops do run a bit small. Also, after you sweat, you will struggle with removing it. If it's too small you will rip the suit. All in all, I love it!!

Great product and works as advertised. I do heat workouts all the time and have bought most of this company’s products and they are all great. Best thing about this product is that it is effective and also very price effective. So while it doesn’t have a hood like the other ones, it still works really well and is an excellent and cheaper alternative to other products they have. But every single one of these products beats anything else you can buy anywhere and i have been a sauna suit wearer for 20 years and this company makes the best products hands down. Highly recommend them and this suit.

I bought this suit with the intent of helping me to burn more whilst working out. Approximately 2 years ago I shattered my Left heel. You now have permanent nerve damage as a result. Due to inactivity I put on about 65 lbs. I can not exercise line I did before because of the nerve pain. I’m now 5’11”, 265 lbs, with a waist size of 48”. I purchased the 5XL size to make sure I could get it around my waist. I probably could have purchased the 3XL and still have it fit. After only 2 sessions of use, I have seen and felt dramatic differences as opposed to not utilizing the suit!! I highly recommend this suit to anyone wanting to burn or sweat more. I will definitely purchase another one when this one eventually wears out (as all things do).It’s made of a durable type of plastic. I wear under clothes so it won’t stick to me, thus restricting my movements. The reflective shiny inside feels like a space blanket (if you’ve ever used one before). I sweat quite a bit whilst utilizing this suit. I’m quite certain that in the winter time this will help to prevent hypothermia from windchill as I workout outdoors. I am very pleased with this purchase!! I believe that you will be too!!

I bought this to replace a £15 one also bought on here, that one ripped in the crotch on the first use but had great elastic around the limbs and neck to trap heat which is where the sweat generation comes from whereas this one has very loose elastic that you would find on regular clothing so the only benefit is the suit touching your skin which makes you a bit hotter but you can feel the heat escaping which totally defeats the purpose.The old cheap ripped one would leave a large puddle on the floor once removed but this one only has some droplets on the suit as per some of the other reviewers' images.

Bought a large and I'm 6ft 13.5 stone. Fits good

The neckline is absolutely massive no matter which size you order. We had to make an incision to make it tighter. I should have sent it back instead in hindsight but unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it now.I should note that I tried every size from a M to a 5XL and the issue was across the whole range of sizes, not just the larger sizes.

These feel like very good qaulity, well made and not at all rubbish. I am 5ft 3 and a fatty.Weighing 13st9 and size 16 ish. I bought xxl I think and they're a good fit on my fat ass.Able to move around and bend ect ok withoughtout worrying about my butt popping out the suit through ripping.The first night I used this whilst I walked slowly on my treadmill whilst watching a movie, I didnt do vigorous excersise and the sweat was pouring out of me.It works well.I also slept in it to see what that was like, I woke feeling cold as I had sweat so much and been cooling in the yuck.The 2nd time I used it recently I used it again on my treadmill except this time I really pushed myself and oh my word, this thing really does work, disgusting i know but the sweat actually started dripping out of the suit onto dripping onto the floor in droplets, I ran my hand over my back and it was like I had put my hand under a running tap. You want to sweat, then it will work no matter what you do or Don do whilst wearing this thing.

I usually use when i need to be a certain weight for fighting, this isnt gonna help you lose weight, u’ll be lighter because you're sweating out the liquid in your body. DONT USE WITH THE INTENTION OF BURNING LOTS OF FAT.
