What else can I say? It’s a great idea. The hat isn’t super premium material or anything, but it’s nice enough.Mine has held up well thus far. If it lasts me 3 years I’ll consider it money well-spent. If it lasts longer, that’s a bonus.The light is incredibly handy. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve already been out somewhere, needed a light and remembered the hat. It’s easier that holding your phone as a flashlight too. Leaves your hands free.The light isn’t like a spotlight or anything, but it’s certainly sufficient for you to see where you’re going in pitch blackness or to work on jumping a car battery or maybe pitching a tent at a campsite in the dark.I like the fact that the light pops out and it can replace the battery. That means it’s not just some disposable item destined for the landfill in a year.I think it would make a great stocking stuffer or a gift for someone handy in your life or just about anyone. I’m planning on buying a second one to leave in my cars glove compartment. It would be a good item to have in a bug out bag or emergency preparedness kit as well.UPDATE: I washed the hat in gentle cycle and dried it on low heat and it came out even softer and in great condition, I’m so pleased. I was worried it might fall apart since it was inexpensive. I’m so impressed with this thing that I bought 4 more. Two for me as backups and two as gifts for other people.

Comfortable lightweight hat, great light. Easy to recharge. The light pops out of the surrounding ring and charges in any USB outlet. You don’t feel the light at all. One charge worked for 3 months. Perfect for walking the dog.

Light works fine for my intended purpose. Walking the dogs at night. Headlight to alert car drivers of our presence. By no means is the light bright enough to perform delicate tasks in a dark situation. I can feel the lamp on my forehead, but it is not annoyingly uncomfortable.

LOVE THIS! I bought a few of them for my family too, its great in the winter since it gets dark out sooner and for taking the dog out.
