Hands down my favorite
This is the best ever! Very forgiving and cuts through faded paint and oxidation better than any other brand I've used. I use it with a rotary buffer and wool pad but at a slower rpm than what the bottle suggests and it works great. (I kind of have a heavy hand )

Best solution for medium to light oxidation.
I don’t do reviews often but had to do this one. I used this on my 10 year old boat that I bought last summer. Gel coat was oxidized/faded but not overly chalky as it had a haze to it. I was torn between using 3M marine rubbing compound or their Finesse It II polish. Rubbing compound would have been too aggressive and probably would have removed more gel coat than I wanted and the polish would not be aggressive enough. This Presta Ultra cutting cream was the best of both worlds. I taped off 2 sections like the guys do on YouTube and compared the Finesse It to the Presta Ultra cream and it was just as I thought. The 3M Finesse It showed that I needed more muscle which the Presta didn’t disappoint. Always start light duty and work your way up until you’re satisfied. I will be polishing it with the 3M Finesse It however to add to the shine but the Presta did the the grunt work. A little pricey as others have said but definitely worth it. Does not require a lot of wipe down after buffing as others have said and it does clean off the wool pad easy with a little Dawn and warm water.

Pulido profecional y acabado perfecto

Worth every peny!
Love this compund! Iv used this as my finishing move to make sure I have now marks and mirror finish, using a good pad will make this stiff shine bright, don't skimp.. think I'm on my 5th or 6th bottle, worth every peny!!

Wow
This spring I finally got around to polishing the hull of our 23 ft Grady White Gulfstream. After reading a write up on an online forum, I purchased the Presta Ultra Cutting Crème, Chroma Ultra Polish, the corresponding wool buffing pad for each product, as well as, a Presta flexible foam backing plate. From the rub rail down to the bottom paint, I buffed the boat with a cheap Harbor Freight polisher in small sections and preceded around the boat hull, starting with the Ultra Cutting Crème, then the Chroma Ultra Polish, and finally I waxed it by hand with Collinite’s Fleetwax following all of the directions.Well, for someone who has never used a polisher, the results were AMAZING! These products brought such a shine back to the hull of the boat. Even my mother was impressed. Before the boat was put in the water it had to be transported over to a marina for some mechanical work, so I followed the boat hauler to the marina in my car. On the ride over there I was able to drive alongside the boat and I was amazed that I could see reflection of the car in the hull of the boat. That’s pretty good for a boat with a white hull, especially when the boat is from 1997! As per the online forum write up, he was correct in that Presta products don’t have “essential oils or silicones” in them to give you a false & premature shine, which will cause you to stop polishing before you’ve actually polished anything due to this false sense of shine that other brands have.If a novice like me can get these results, so can you!

Eco friendly
I have been using this product for years on my different sail boats. Using a quality buffer with 6 speeds, I end up with a fine dust that can be wiped away. Since thei are no oils in the product, you can continually wash the build up on the polishing pad with a garden hose. After rinsing, I spin the pad on the buffer at high speed to get rid of excess water from rinsing. You will want a 5 gallon bucket to do the spinning in to keep the rinse water from going on you or anything nearby. I was once told that the cutting cream starts out as a 600 grit and then breaks down to a 800 or 900 grit at high speed.
