I use Brita filter and use this stick to a jug and put them in the fridge. It works well.But the current order I’ve received it’s not like previous one. I guess it’s woods so you can’t get the exact same shapes every time but feel little bit cheated.(FYI, My previous one last more than 6 months and it still works I’m going to use it for watering house plants)

I started using these last year and never looked back, they're an excellent alternative to plastic water filters. They last 6 months at least (with boiling after 3 months) and then can be used as fertilizer/odour remover. I just wish they didn't seal the charcoal filter itself in plastic but apart from that they are perfect!

I love just using the simple charcoal stick for my drinking water. No plastic filters or fuss. After 3 months this can be boiled in a pan of water and used for another 3 months! At the end of its time it can be buried in the garden 100% biodegradableFantastic value for money and great for the environment

Trying to reduce waste and plastic. This helps as you can use it for 6 months and plastic free. Water tastes bottled I'm happy with it.

Takes a few weeks for the initial carbon-ish taste to disappear and for the water to taste palatable. As to the health benefits, only time will tell.
