Best of all the low acid coffees I've tried
I have suffered from acid reflux for years and have been on the hunt for a low-acid coffee that has full flavor for over a year. I finally found perfection in this Subtle Earth light roast whole bean coffee. I think at this point I have ordered and used seven or eight different low-acid coffees and this is definitely the best. It has full aroma and flavor and is very rich and satisfying despite being a light roast (which I prefer but which also usually contains more acid than dark roast.) The beans I've been grinding are fresh, aromatic, and sold at a great price for the two pound bag. I highly recommend this coffee to anyone who likes full bodied light roast - and I will definitely be purchasing it again.

Very good coffee. I will definitely buy this again
I only recently (about 5-6 years ago) got into coffee, I grew up drinking tea, lots of tea, and still do. Until then, I used to, very occasionally, drink the usual instant coffee. I did have one experience of drinking Jamaican Blue Mountain, which I loved, but the price....! I wanted to make sure that I knew how to brew a good cup, and I found that I preferred the French press method of brewing.I have been looking for a light roast coffee, so far all I have found in the shops here (I live on a small island in the Caribbean), are medium roast. I also wanted a coffee that was not too acidic, normally you can counter that with milk or cream, but I prefer my coffee black. I read the reviews here and I checked online, and found that this brand, was quite well rated. The bonus' were that it was Non-GMO (very good), organic (also very good) and 100% Arabica beans (really very good). The light roast meant that it would have more caffeine than any of the other roasts.I drink one tumbler (RTIC 40oz) of coffee a day, in the mornings. This helps with any hunger pangs (coffee helps on the keto diet that I'm on), and the 40oz tumbler means that it takes me easily 3-5 hours to drink the whole thing, since I don't like to gulp everything down in a few minutes. I have settled on using 50g for my tumbler, with 1 sugar (and 2 sachets of Stevia).I really like that every time I open the bag I get a strong smell of coffee. With so many other brands, that smell is gone in a couple of days. The coffee is really not acidic, something I am really happy about, and yes it still keeps a smooth taste over the few hours it takes for me to drink it.I am quite surprised how much I like this coffee, and I am working my way to dropping the sugar and Stevia so I can just get the pure taste of the bean.I would absolutely recommend this to anyone, especially if they are just getting into coffee.Edit/UpdateStill drinking this coffee. But now that I don't use sugar, just Stevia, it tastes better. I'm getting more of the coffee taste without the sharp sweetness of the sugar.2nd Edit/UpdateIt's September 2020, and another bag is on its way to me. This is the coffee for me. Whether hot or cold (iced coffee), this is the coffee I prefer. (cheesy, but true).

Delicious cup of coffee
I've tried both the dark and medium roast. This is a real good organic and low acid coffee. I've tried a few brands in my search and when I came across this after tasting it I stopped searching. It has a good taste and very fresh. You can tell the difference between good coffees and one that sits on a grocery shelf for who knows how long. Easy on the way down and no complaints at all with all aspects of this. Try it

Great deal at $33.99 (hopefully Amazon will chill out with it's algorithm, I'd like to use subscribe and save for this but
I just canceled all my subscribe and save items after realizing that I was paying $8 per pound through subscribe and save. I found this 5lb bag and realized I could get this product at $6.80 per pounds. This adds up over the course of a year to around $25 dollars for me.AMAZON: I understand maximizing margins with tech is a game changer (that's why you are dominating) but if you are going to leverage tech to get the best margin you should at least give us recommendations and options for savings, some of us pay attention and get pissed when you rip us off. For long-term loyalty you should consider providing recommendations, for example, I should have been notified of the 5lb option, in fact, why isn't it available on subscribe and save?I love this product (when Amazon's algorithm isn't messing up the price) this can be had 5lb @ $34 or $6.80 per pound. The average cost for organic coffee is between $8 to $10. IF you can get it at the low price of $34 it's a great deal! From what I understand organic isn't too much of an approvement for all "shelled" produce (e.g., avocado, bananas) and even ones that you are going to wash regardless (peppers, potatoes), but Coffee and nuts (from my research) should be organic because they both contain high amounts of toxins when they are not organic and there is no way to easily rinse or wash nuts and coffee (unlike other organics) I feel this is a good value. JUST STOP PLAYING AMAZON if it's a price increase it should be explained "due to seasonal trade difficulties" or "due to new trade laws" or "due to slowed sales" but to just jack around the prices with no explanation killed subscribe and save for me and I'm not coming back until you provide some consistency and transparency around your pricing blaming the magic algorithm excuse is getting old. If you want to make it in the grocery biz penny pinchers won't tolerate this "shifty" behavior.
