I loved the taste and the mixability was perfect, it didn't clump or remain suspended in cold water. The energy was great but may be a little much for someone who isn't used to high doses of caffeine. The energy and pre-workout feeling was perfect for me and made me feel like I could lift the world 💪An unexpected "side-effect" was the amount of sweating I experienced when taking the product. However, I actually enjoyed the sweat and it made me feel warmed up and ready to lift, do more cardio, or whatever I wanted to do to continue through with my workout. Definitely recommend and 100% will buy again.

As someone who partied hard in his 20s, most pre workouts do not work very well with me because of my high tolerance to stimulants. This really gives me a strong boost to my workouts. Please start with 1/4 scoop to test your tolerance as you use.

Really good pre workout have been taking for a few years now. Pretty strong. Only wish they had ingredient list of nutritional data . Otherwise good. Many good flavors

So ladies and gents tried this with low expectations. I've tried multiple supplements and prefer really high stim preworkouts. Since Jack3d originally formula got banned in the US I havent found that preworkout that works for me. This is the real deal. You feel the beta burns about 10-20 mins post taking it and the energy just goes up and up. It almost felt like I had a buzz of sorts. If you are entry level into pre workouts please dont take a full scoop. I have a huge stim tolerance and a full scoop was almost too much for me! Your alertness is great, you feel a great pump, you will want to do more reps than normal, you wont take this and want to stay still I promise.Downsides:It last a long time! If you take it too close to bed time you will not be able to fall asleep. Half scoop on work nights.

Terrible.I sent the seller a email saying it made me feel sick and they replied with it’s probably the yohimbine in it, everyone reacts different to it. Try our other product.I have been taking preworkouts for 13 years.I have tried the original non “gold” formula of this product also.After taking this product it was a 50/50 chance I would be able to go to the gym. It made me feel sick and uneasy. i tried it about 10-15 times but I ended up throwing it away because the seller didn’t care it made me feel terrible. So I guess thanks for ruining preworkouts for me psychotic gold.If you want to try a preworkout buy bulk supplements and a scale and make your own or try mesomoprh. Energy ** Pumps * Focus*** I usually make it a point NOT to buy a preworkout with a proprietary blend that doesn’t tell you how much of any given ingredient is in the product. I should have stuck with this. I’ve been taking all kinds of preworkouts before my early AM bodybuilding workout for over a decade. This one has a good list of ingredients...but the total amount must be so underdosed as to offer very average, to below average, benefits. For a pre that boasts high stim, I’ve used preworkouts with only 200mg of caffeine that give me more initial and lasting energy. Any pump benefits are nonexistent. The only saving grace is that I have experienced decent focus benefits...although no euphoric feelings. It’s not BAD as far as preworkouts go, but it is FAR from “gold” or “high stim”. I love Amazon and the convenience and security and free shipping ...but most of the preworkouts they sell fall squarely into the “average” category. They used to sell some top level preworkouts, but all of those seem to be sold only by the distributors these days. My guess is Amazon was taking to big a cut of the profit? So I’ll use this, as most of my progress comes from my inner drive and motivation anyway, but it’s really not worth the price tag compared to what $10 more would have gotten me offsite. 3 stars is generous IMHO, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who has any experience with preworkouts.

Hands down the best I’ve had over years of training.I recently tried another product just to see if something would be better and that was a BIG failure. I had no pump, no energy, no motivation, you get where I’m going with this. So I went back to psychotic gummy candy and it lit that fire in me! I had a pump, extreme energy and focus and a great sweat!
