I have been using this supplement for little over a month now. There is visible difference in my skin and nails. My skin is much more radiant and nails are stronger. But i cant really see much difference in my hair. Hair fall is still the same and i don’t see any new growth as well. Maybe it is too early to judge. Will give it couple of more weeks and provide an update.
