I have tried this years ago and I always buy this because it really works! I can tell the difference whenever I forget to take it because my knee will start to ache a little or I will discomfort. My mom also loved it and always recommend to everyone.

I've been using the Genacol Collagen Pills since March 2024 (so nine months). I feel that when I get up after sitting for a while, I am not as stiff as I used to be. Also my hair is very bountiful and grows fast. My skin looks great. These have not helped with my arthritic hands, but I didn't expect it to. I am 66 years old and in very good health, thank God. I would definitely recommend these but one must be consistent in taking them.

I once dislocated my knee.. And it’s been awful since Then. Tried everything and still used to feel that my knees were about to dislocate again I was in constant pain. I couldn’t do proper exercises. I couldn’t go for a run. Or lift at gym . ever since I started to drink three pills a day, Everything has changed, My knees Don’t hurt anymore I can go for a walk. I can train at my gym, lift heavy pounds and won’t feel any pain afterwards. I’m not a Pill lover, but I can’t say that it’s very easy to swallow as well. Hope this helps you out!

The directions on the bottle state to take 3 pills at bedtime. I took 1 pill initially as I did not know how Collagen would affect me. Then after a few days, I took 2 pills. I got heartburn (have GERD) but I take medication for this problem.So now I take 1 (one) pill with my last meal of the day . The heartburn is not that bad now. I would never recommend taking 3 pills initially until you know how your body is going to react.Not sure if I will be buying any more of this medication.
