No, it's all one but the whole pet bed is able to be washed, though I haven't tried that yet. I am very pleased it though.

Would this cushion be chew proof to a cockerpoo

Yes I'd say so as my chihuahua loves to attack her beds and pull the fluff out but shes had this months and it's in perfect condition still
