This is my favorite brand of energy gel. There is a wide variety of flavors with and without additional additives such as caffeine and electrolytes. Unfortunately, it has become very expensive per packet and I no longer use it.

I use these when cycling and would recommend them. I like how compact they to carry in jersey pockets, versus carrying chews. They seem to provide an adequate boost while riding.

This is the best value around! Only disappointed in the delivery packaging. The box of 24 gels was packed in a plastic padded envelope which wasn't enough protection. Fortunately, the gel packets came with out damage.Quick delivery was great!

I purchased these for my boys to use at their swim meets. The swim meets are after school so they don't always have time to eat before the meet. They prefer these over the energy gummies. They said their energy level is higher after consuming one of these. They don't complain they are jittery or hit a wall and become nauseous after the glucose is consumed.These are small and compact, easy to pack in a swim bag.I would recommend these.
