This product is well made and does not tip over easily. It has 5 slots to hold various remotes. I use one slot for my reading glasses. Really helps with not misplacing remotes. Lightly padded exterior. Looks sleek and attractive.

If you have lots of remotes this is pretty cool leather compact design caddy. Beautiful black color. Sturdiness is - I don't worry about it tipping. No assembly was required. Holds 5 remotes, doesn’t tip over, doesn’t look cheap and I also added a pen and pencil for easy access. It fits nicely on the end table and looks so much better the everything spread out all over.
