Super good if you suffer from constipation when going to the bathroom or you don't do it often it helps you go to the bathroom more often and with better ease to defecate, I bought it for my grandmother who spends a little work and believe me it helped her a lot she no longer has problems going to the bathroom

These are great for the price and they work. He uses in combination with magnesium oxide before bed and I never have a problem going to the restroom.

The price of these is great. I had been reliant on IV nutrition (TPN) the past year, and sometimes on tube feeding, but have since been able to transition to oral intake. Since my GI system is getting back to working, when I began introducing more food in my oral intake I experienced really really severe constipation. Since that awful experience, I needed to find a routine to stay on top of that to prevent it from occurring again until my body is able to adjust more. I’ve been taking 1 in the morning and 2 at night for a while, and have been able to have a normal bowel movement almost every day. I’m finding these really helpful to keep me on track. They’re easy to swallow and work, and the price is pretty good for the amount you get.
