I'd rather give 9-9.5/10 for a few of reasons:1) can be expensive per stroopwafel if bought at full price2) reminds me more of a mix of cookies and creme Pop Tarts for after taste, but initial texture and flavor that resembles a blend of cookies and creme & chocolate fudge3) they're small...and it makes me want more (good problem to have)Now for the good:These are delicious.Absolutely fantastic.They're adorable and cute.35 cals...... there's no guilt eating these whatsoever (coming from a man who has a MAJOR sweet tooth and lost 90 lbs and has kept it off for over a year, at this point)If you get these on sale, DO IT. I haven't had anything shy of fantastic from the Rip Van brand.Tl;dr delicious little snacks. Buy them.

Absolutely love these! Best flavor ever - wish they came in a bigger bulk package. I had tried the vanilla caramel ones which were okay but these are so much better. Nice treat that satisfies the sweets cravings without as much sugar, sometimes I'll enjoy one or two with a cup of coffee.

Great quality low calorie treats

Reminds me of an oreo tastes great. Helps my sweet tooth on a low carb diet.

These were surprisingly good. They aren't exactly like Oreos, but quite similar and I appreciate them for having so little sugar. They are also very flat and soft, not crunchy like an Oreo's outer cookies.But I had two major problems despite enjoying them so much. One is simply the packaging. Each "mini" cookie is individually wrapped which created a ton of waste. And two, nearly every time I pulled a cookie out of its packaging, a TON of crumbs fly out in every direction. It felt like I was missing 10% of the cookie in crumbs that landed all around me.I will try the non "mini" cookies and hope for fewer crumbs.

Delicious little snack low carbs. A lot of fiber.

I just recently stumbled upon these and wow are these delicious and with only 1g of sugar, they not only satisfy my sweet tooth, but help keep my waist cinched while doing it. Quickly becoming one of my new favs.
