This lightweight back support works very well. My back pain stopped immediately. It is stretchy, provides adequate support and can be adjusted for a comfortable fit. Heat does not build up underneath the device so skin doesn't sweat or feel itchy. It is well made with covered aluminum stays in the lumbar region. The closures hold very well. It doesn't ride up during use. Washing it is very easy. Hand wash, rinse, then lay flat to dry.

I have used one of these for years. They are fantastic for my back problems. My husband needed one that was a larger size than can be found in stores where I live. I found this larger one on Amazon. It came and it fits him perfectly. He has been using it for lifting, on his exercise bike--anytime he does something where back support is needed.

Good quality, large is a bit small to wrap so it can be a bit tight(I'm curvy but an avg weight for a young senior).Nice and lightweight, streamlined design even with the double wrapping.

I have a slight curve on the bottom of my spine and it’s gotten more painful as I’ve gotten older. This has been a god send when I travel in a plane as it keeps my spine aligned. It also helps with my sciatica pain that happens when I drive for more than an hour and I always able to do a 4hr drive with no back pain. Has made my life more pain free and I love it!

This product seems like it would work wonderfully if it actually fit. Unfortunately, with a 33 inch waist the S/M would barely fit, and then it was so tight I could hardly breathe. I have a copper compression belt that is a S/M and it fits beautifully. I have returned the item and have ordered the larger size, hoping for better results. I will come back and update once I get the different size.

I am so very happy with the purchase of this brace. It fits great and supports your back quite nicely. I wear it mostly when I am doing alot of working around the home and standing; my back does not get tired or sore because of the support this provides.
