They work fine in the short term, but, for me, they kept cutting into the neck of my ears. They were good for a day or so and then became uncomfortable. Probably very similar to wearing an M95 protective mask for a long period of time. I just have to build up a tolerance to them. Besides that, they work fine

I never expected that these would work as well as they do. I play golf and my glasses would slide down my nose just as I am setting up my fourth putt. Only question is why there are 20 of them in a package?

I was so wrong. I have used them for a week now and it keeps my glasses in place perfectly and is easy to use. They are adjustable so you can move them up or down the temples until they do the job just right with no discomfort. It took a bit of an effort to put them on because the ends of each temple are fairly large, but it is highly doable and I recommend these to anybody who has a similar problem.
